Firdaus started his career in Auto Bavaria having trained with the country’s best BMW mechanics since the tender age of 20. 13 years later, he has served in a number of popular workshops based in Sunway. Firdaus now specializes in BMW and other continental cars. In his previous employment, he led a team of four mechanics who delivered outstanding services for BMW cars in the Klang Valley.
Aided by his righthand man, Faris and his trusted Autoland Diagnostics iScan 3, Firdaus is committed to delivering high quality services to all cars that roll into Auto Elves’ premises.
Faris serves as Firdaus’ right hand man in day to day operations of Auto Elves Service Center. Given his potential and tenacity, he was personally handpicked by Firdaus to help him realize the dream of Auto Elves.
Prior to this, Faris has been exposed to car maintenance and repairs of Malaysian National Cars certified with a Level 3 Automotive Service Certification from the Ministry of Human Resources. Today, as a life long learner he continues to develop and hone his skills in continental cars under the mentorship of Firdaus.
Eka is the Managing Director of Auto Elves. His responsibilities include:
1. Formulating and successfully implementing Elves’ policy.
2. Maintaining an ongoing dialogue with customers.
3. Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives of Auto Elves.
4. Closely monitoring the operating and financial results against plans and budgets.
5. Maintaining the operational performance of the company.
An Auditor by training, Eka has a keen eye for quality assurance and stakeholder management. Eka is also able to leverage on his previous auditing experience having worked in various industries which include construction, communication, medical and transportation.
Eka has a B.A. in Business Management from the Federation University of Australia previously known as Ballarat University.
First and foremost, Erwin is a people person. He is seen as an emphatic customer relator who prioritizes customers above all else. Given his friendly and positive communication skills it was a no brainer for him to lead all customer service and marketing operations of Auto Elves.
As Director of Elf Relations, Erwin is tasked with:
1. Customer relations, inquiry and feedback. He remains agile and vigilant to ensure Auto Elves maintains a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Overseeing and developing marketing campaign and devising all promotional activities
3. Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
Erwin has close to a decade of extensive experience in business development, client management and coaching. In addition, Erwin’s previous employment has allowed him to work with number of renowned high-profile clients in Malaysia.
Erwin has a B.A. in Business Management from the Federation University of Australia previously known as Ballarat University.
In his spare time, Erwin is also a freelance personal trainer. He specializes in Muay Thai, Strength and Conditioning, Hypertrophy Training, Group Functional Training and Weight loss
1. Wafi serves as head of IT of Auto Elves where he provides technical support on all aspects of the Elves’ information technology endeavours. Among his chief responsibilities include:
a. Overseeing technical projects in alignment with organizational goals
b. Directing the effective delivery of networks, development, and disaster recovery systems and processes
c. Researching and recommending new products to facilitate greater efficiency withing Auto Elves
d. Leading efforts to improve IT processes
e. Oversee Auto Elves social media initiatives
2. Wafi brings a wealth of IT past experience chief of them being the Malaysia Electronic Government (MYeG) where he helped ensure all networks, websites and servers are providing seamless service to Malaysian citizens.
3. Wafi holds a Diploma in Computer Technology from the University Technology Islam Port Dickson
Edika serves as the Director of Compliance. In his capacity, Edika oversees:
1. Compliance related to human resource which include planning and reviewing compensation strategies. (He basically keeps the Elves happy)
2. Develops compliance organizational strategies thorough strategic thinking and direction in line with Auto Elves’ objectives.
3. Updates Elves’ job knowledge by proposing educational opportunities and training.
4. Enhances compliance and organization reputation by accomplishing new and different requests of customer’s wants and needs. Edika has experience in policy making having served in a number of statutory bodies in Malaysia. Edika currently serves as a consultant for PS-Engage and Asia Internet Coalition where he focuses on digital legislation for the Asia Pacific region.
Accountant with specialization in tax and audit. Ashraf is a versatile external auditor and tax consultant with experience in various industries which include oil and gas, telecommunication and entertainment.
Currently serves as Compensation Analyst at a leading oil and gas firm where he manages payroll accounting, ensuring the accuracy of payroll posting and analysis of compensation costs.
Ashraf holds a Bachelor in Business and Commerce from Monash University. He obtained his Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) in 2019
